Verschillende yoga stijlen
All classes are suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis. The teachers offer different options for everybodys level and possibilities.
Yin Yoga*
A very slow and meditative style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods (typically 3 to 5 minutes). Unlike dynamic forms of yoga that target muscles, yin works into the deeper connective tissues – fascia, ligaments and joints. The practice emphasizes stillness, surrender and mindfulmess. Making it as much about mental calm as physical release. Soothes the nervous system and cultivates patience, presence and acceptance.
Easy Yoga**
A slow paced class that focusses on relaxation and flexibility. Leaving you calm and grounded. A perfect way to start your day and get rid of an overnight built up feeling of muscle stiffness.
Gentle Flow***
A slow paced mindful style of yoga that links breath with movement. Perfect for beginners, people recovering from stress or fatigue, or anyone craving a softer practice. Designed to leave you feeling grounded, relaxed and open.
Hatha Yoga***
The classic style of yoga. A slower paced class with more emphasis on holding postures, alignment and breath awareness. Builds flexibility, strenth and better posture over time. Calms down a racing mind leaving you centered and refreshed. Perfect for beginners and also beneficial for more experienced yogis who want to refine foundations.
Power Yoga****
A high-energy practice that mixes flow, strength training and playful challenges. You will leave stronger, empowered and probably a little exhilarated. Liselotte has a lighthearted way of teaching these classes, giving your busy head a break.
Dynamic Vinyasa****
A creative and playful class where Vera challenges you with funky poses while having fun and embracing imperfection. This class builds core strength, balance and body awareness. You will probably leave energized, sweaty and with a smile on your face.
